Kevin Roberts is CEO worldwide for Saatchi and Saatchi, whose goal is to be the 'hottest ideas company on the planet.' In this 10 minute video of a speech he gave at Wharton, he shares his thoughts on creativity and leadership. His message is powerful and authoritative. I particularly like what he says about work life integration. He doesn't like the expression work life balance (neither do I!) which he says implies compromise - and that's 'lousy'. He advocates being the best that we can be at work, at home and in the community; to be able to combine passion and harmony so that we can live life in a constant flow of joy.
