Have you heard of FutureLearn? It's part of the Open University in the UK, and offers online courses on a wide variety of topics from leading learning institutions, including various elements of job search, business and management.

These are some of the courses on offer. All of them are FREE!

A 3 week course on How to Succeed at Interviews offered by the University of Sheffield, starts on 29 February. A course on How to Succeed at Writing Applications is also on offer.

The University of Glasgow's Net that Job - How to write a CV online, begins on 14 March.

The Mind is Flat - the shallow shockingness of human psychology, offered by the University of Warwick, is a 6 week course beginning on 25 April.

A date is yet to be announced for How to Read Your Boss, a 3 week course offered by the University of Nottingham. 

If you are a manager and want to learn more about Managing People: Engaging Your Workforce, you might be interested in the University of Reading's 10 week course for which dates will be scheduled in the near future.

For the small commitment of time involved, these courses offer a convenient way to enhance your skills, your CV and your career.
