I've noticed from blogs I visit and emails from colleagues that there seems to be movement to change the way we think about and act in the world.  I received one yesterday which, amongst other things, encouraged readers to exercise their right to vote in the election next year and reminding us that people gave up their lives to secure the right to vote.
