New HR Leadership Forum in Cambridge |
I am excited about the new membership group for HR professionals in senior leadership roles that I am launching in Cambridge. Maybe you feel isolated, unwilling or lack the opportunity to talk with a group of peers you trust about the challenges you face and the issues you are dealing with. Or you'd love to learn from other enthusiastic HR professionals whose support would encourage you to take risks you otherwise wouldn't. Launching in early 2012, this new HR Leadership Forum provides a place for you to talk through those issues, share best practice and develop your strategic HR capabilities. Each half day session will take place on a monthly basis. The facilitated meeting will use the principles of action learning. Benefits include mentoring, peer networking, exchange of experience and ideas, mutual support, inspiration, personal and professional development. I will be organising an information/Q&A session to enable you to find out more. And by joining early, you will get an opportunity to shape the Forum’s agenda. Outline programme:
Each participant will choose one key area of his/her work life to transform. Objectives for this group include goal setting, accountability, greater clarity, trust, success, balance between work & home life. Venue: Cambridge, to be confirmed
If you’d like to be considered for a place, please contact me to arrange a time for an initial discussion. |
