Who are your allies?
Leaders often tend to think that you have to do it all yourselves (particularly those of you who prefer to develop your own ways forward before discussing them with others).  This approach can be unhelpful and lead to stress.  Having someone to mull over your thoughts and ideas with can be very productive.
